At Ancestral Coffees, we specialize in Colombian specialty coffee with a purpose. Based in New York, our brand was created to support small-batch coffee growers in Colombia and deliver exceptional coffee experiences in every cup.

We source microlots of high-quality coffee from independent farmers who cultivate small plots of land. Our commitment goes beyond great flavor — we work with over 100 farming families, promoting fair trade, sustainable practices, and economic opportunity for emerging growers. Our beans are roasted in Massachusetts and shipped fresh nationwide.

To share our coffee beyond the bag, we created Ancestral on Wheels — a mobile espresso cart for events. From weddings and corporate events to private parties, we bring barista-style service, elegant presentation, and custom branding options to celebrations across New York and Westchester County.

At Ancestral Coffees, we’re committed to offering you a truly fresh and high-quality coffee experience. We import 100% Arabica green coffee beans from Colombia and roast them weekly in small batches, based on your order — so every cup you brew is freshly roasted, rich in flavor, and true to its origin.

Our coffee is sourced from carefully selected microlots in Risaralda, Colombia, grown at elevations exceeding 1,800 meters above sea level. These high-altitude farms, nourished by volcanic soil, produce coffee with a naturally complex profile — smooth, aromatic, and full of character.

We take pride in working with growers who hand-pick, hand-wash, and sun-dry their beans using traditional methods. This process ensures a gourmet specialty coffee that reflects the passion and precision behind every harvest.
